Your property has fairly level ground to work from.
There are no major obstacles or difficult access such as fences, outbuildings, steep extension roofing causing difficulty in working from a ladder or using a vacuum from the ground.
Your gutters meet the regular requirements for access for standard gutter cleaning tools which are set sizes. This is not an issue in 99 % of cases however if your gutters do not accept standard fittings, we may adjust your price.
You can provide outside tap water with standard outdoor fittings for our hose pipes or you will inform us if you need us to bring water to the site.
You can provide access to electricity if needed either with our extension lead or with your own outdoor sockets.
Your downpipes are detachable and discharge above ground level if requiring unblocking. Your price may be adjusted if your downpipes are cemented into the underground sewers, glued together or otherwise fitted in a way which makes unblocking them more difficult than would be normal.

Damage to property
We take every professional care to make reasonable attempts not to cause damage or blockages above or below ground. We also carry 3rd party liability cover. Where underground blockages are found after carrying out work it may be assumed that the blockage was already there unless we have been negligent in our duties. For example, an underground blockage may not be noticeable if the gutters and downpipes are blocked and water is not running into the drains. Once we clear the gutter blockage and water starts to flow into the drains, it may reveal issues which were already present but not known. Householders must make every attempt to remove personal property from the area where the work will be carried out prior to our arrival. If we are required to remove items such as garden furniture we cannot be held responsible for any accidental breakages or damage. Whilst on your property we will take every care not to interfere with roof tiles, guttering, cables, satellite dishes, telephone wires, soffits, fascias, tv aerials, soil pipes, window fittings, vent pipes, plumbing, solar panels and any other external features or decorations unnecessarily, however we accept that from time to time these items may be fitted incorrectly, loosely or may be in poor condition which may lead to unexpected outcomes. We may take reasonable steps to put right any issues which develop, out of good will, however the issues will be assumed to be pre-existing and we will not be held liable. Under the normal course of clearing and washing gutters soffits and fascias it would not usually be possible to cause such damage without some issues already being present.
